The Gold Ponies are a Baltimore-based ensemble delivering original Americana music with heartfelt storytelling, rich harmonies, and dynamic musicianship.

Songwriter and guitarist Charlie Cole lays the foundation with evocative lyrics and warm melodies, while Dee Lenehan anchors the sound on bass and harmony vocals. Mairead Alexander weaves in soaring fiddle lines, and songwriter, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist Ian Otto Collins adds rich supporting textures and musical depth. Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Bill Kracker brings his original songs along with tasteful banjo, guitar, and harmony vocals, rounding out the group’s sound.
